CANCELLATION POLICY

At New Moon Body Therapies LLC, we value your time and ours. To ensure all clients receive the best possible care, we have implemented the following cancellation policy: Standard Cancellations: Appointments must be cancelled or rescheduled at least 24 hours in advance to avoid a cancellation fee. Cancellations made with less than 24 hours' notice will be subject to a fee equal to 50% of the scheduled service cost. No-shows will be charged the full price of the session. Exceptions for Emergencies and Illness: We understand that unexpected situations can arise. If you are unable to attend your appointment due to: Sudden illness (yourself or a dependent), Medical emergencies, or Other urgent, unforeseen circumstances, Please contact me as soon as possible at (860) 263-9294 (Call/Text). With appropriate notice or reasonable explanation, we are happy to waive the cancellation fee and reschedule your appointment without penalty.
